Hopefully any time soon we will ship worldwide!

We provide free shipping for all orders over €25 to Portugal and Spain, including the Balearic Islands. For orders shipping to other countries, any bundle purchase will qualify for free shipping, or shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

For orders within Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal we use GLS. For the rest of Europe and UK we use CTT, Correos Express, B2C Europe, Pilot Delivers, DHL y UPS

Your order confirmation will be sent directly to the email address you provided at checkout. If you don’t see it, try checking your spam folder, just in case! Your shipping confirmation will be sent to your email address as soon as your order leaves our shipping facility! Again, don’t forget to check your spam folder if you did not receive either confirmation.

You can always check by using the order confirmation number and  shipping email you received.

You can expect to receive your order on the next business day if you place it before 3 PM, provided you are in Spain or Portugal. For other locations, the delivery time typically ranges between 2 to 5 business days top!

Yes! All Oddities products are vegan and cruelty free. We never test on animals, and ensure that all our partners are also cruelty free.

Our products are safe to use for one year after opening and each bottle should last around 2-3 months once opened.

Our products use Phenoxyethanol, a globally recognized safe preservative system that protects against mold, mildew and bacteria.

We work with leading industry experts to perform thorough reviews of our formulas, starting with individual ingredients as well as how they work together. We formulate with clean ingredients that are aligned with the highest standards of clean in the beauty industry. We never test our products on our furry friends.

Yes! We created Oddities with our children in mind, so our products are for all genders. They are for everyone who wants a quick skin care routine that is effective and simple.

Absolutely! While we designed them with the Z’s in mind, our products are so good that we know the Y’s love them and  end up buying them as well!  

Keep in mind that the age at which skin stops being considered ‘young’ varies depending on several factors, including genetics, lifestyle, and skincare habits. In general, visible changes indicating aging tend to become more noticeable around 30 years old, but this can vary widely from person to person.

Oddities is manufactured in Italy and Switzerland.

Yes! Our packaging is recyclable.

Oddities packaging is manufactured from PCR (post consumer resin), a material made from plastic that has been recycled, cleaned and processed.

With each order, you will receive one Odd Pouch. If your order total is over €76, you will receive a second pouch, and if it’s over €151, you will receive a third Odd Pouch.

Absolutely! We understand your enthusiasm. You can purchase additional Odd Pouches for just €1 each during the checkout process.

Odd Pouches are made from Tyvek®, which is manufactured without the use of plasticizers or chemicals. It is crafted from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and is recyclable.

We want you to love Odditieskin, but if it’s just not right, we offer easy exchanges or returns within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds will go back to the original method of payment. Please email  hello@odditieskin. com with your order number and the item(s) which you are looking to return. Our customer service team will send you a form to include in your shipment.

We’re sorry, but we can only accept returns for products that have not been used. Used items are not eligible for returns. We appreciate your understanding.

Nobody´s perfect!  Please email oddities@odditieskin.com and include the order number, a photo of the item and a description of the damage. We will be in touch shortly thereafter to make it right.

We are happy to give you a full refund for your product, we are unable to refund original shipping costs.

We process refunds as quickly as possible, but it may take 12 days from the receipt of delivery. You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.
