When will my order ship?
We process and ship all orders the same day they are received, as long as they are placed before 3PM PST on business days in Madrid, Spain.

Can I make changes to my order?
Our fulfillment center begins processing orders as quickly as possible. If you’d like to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately at hello@odditieskin. com with your order information and we will do our best to address your request.
What do I do if my product arrives damaged?

Can I enter multiple discount codes?

At the moment we ship to: Andorra, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and UK. Hopefully any time soon we will ship worldwide!
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for all orders over €25 to Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal. For other countries, orders over €55 may qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs for any other orders will be calculated at the checkout.
What shipping company do you use?
For orders within Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal we use GLS. For the rest of Europe and UK we use CTT, Correos Express, B2C Europe, Pilot Delivers, DHL y UPS
Where can I find my order confirmation & shipping confirmation email(s)?
Your order confirmation will be sent directly to the email address you provided at checkout. If you don’t see it, try checking your spam folder, just in case! Your shipping confirmation will be sent to your email address as soon as your order leaves our shipping facility! Again, don’t forget to check your spam folder if you did not receive either confirmation.
How can I check the status of my order / track my shipment?
You can always check by using the order confirmation number and shipping email you received.
When can I expect my order?
You can expect to receive your order on the next business day if you place it before 3 PM, provided you are in Spain or Portugal. For other locations, the delivery time typically ranges between 2 to 5 business days top!

What happens to my order if I am not home when it arrives?
There is no signature required for any of our products – so they can be delivered when you’re not there. For more information on your delivery, check your order tracking number that was sent to your email.
Are Oddities products vegan and cruelty free?
Yes! All Oddities products are vegan and cruelty free. We never test on animals, and ensure that all our partners are also cruelty free.
Do your products have expiration dates and how long does one bottle last?
Our products are safe to use for one year after opening and each bottle should last around 2-3 months once opened.
What do you use as preservatives?
Our products use Phenoxyethanol, a globally recognized safe preservative system that protects against mold, mildew and bacteria.
How is Oddities tested for safety?
We work with leading industry experts to perform thorough reviews of our formulas, starting with individual ingredients as well as how they work together. We formulate with clean ingredients that are aligned with the highest standards of clean in the beauty industry. We never test our products on our furry friends.
Is Oddities for all genders?
Yes! We created Oddities with our children in mind, so our products are for all genders. They are for everyone who wants a quick skin care routine that is effective and simple.
Are Oddities products chemical free?
Oddities formulates to EU standards and does not use chemicals that are potentially harmful to health or the environment.
Are Oddities products Gluten Free?
Does Oddities use Fragrance?
None of our products have any added fragrance, nor synthetic fragrance.
How does Oddities define Clean?
Our products are up to 100% natural, vegan, no animal cruelty free, silicone, parabens, sulfates, phthalates free, recyclable and recycled. For Oddities, clean is a continuous process.
Where is Oddities manufactured?
Oddities is manufactured in Italy and Switzerland.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes! Our packaging is recyclable.
What type of plastic is Oddities manufactured with?
Oddities packaging is manufactured from PCR (post consumer resin), a material made from plastic that has been recycled, cleaned and processed.
How many Odd Pouches will I receive with my order?
With each order, you will receive one Odd Pouch. If your order total is over €76, you will receive a second pouch, and if it’s over €151, you will receive a third Odd Pouch.
I love the Odd Pouches. Can I buy more?
Absolutely! We understand your enthusiasm. You can purchase additional Odd Pouches for just €1 each during the checkout process.
What material are the Odd Pouches made of?
Odd Pouches are made from Tyvek®, which is manufactured without the use of plasticizers or chemicals. It is crafted from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and is recyclable.

How do I start a Return or Exchange?
We want you to love Odditieskin, but if it’s just not right, we offer easy exchanges or returns within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds will go back to the original method of payment. Please email hello@odditieskin. com with your order number and the item(s) which you are looking to return. Our customer service team will send you a form to include in your shipment.
Is it possible to return a product that has been used?
We’re sorry, but we can only accept returns for products that have not been used. Used items are not eligible for returns. We appreciate your understanding.
An item arrived broken or damaged?
Can I get my shipping cost refunded?
We are happy to give you a full refund for your product, we are unable to refund original shipping costs.
When can I expect my refund?
We process refunds as quickly as possible, but it may take 12 days from the receipt of delivery. You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.
